1. Booking and Appointments
When you book an appointment with Crazy Hair Lady, it will be automatically confirmed. Please ensure all your details are correct as this confirms your booking slot.
All appointments must be accompanied by a completed consultation form before your treatment begins. This helps ensure your safety and the best possible service.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in your appointment being charged in full.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full treatment cost being charged.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by card, cash, or bank transfer.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
We do not offer refunds for completed massage services. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please speak to us immediately so we can address any concerns.
4. Health and Safety
You must complete a consultation form before your first treatment and inform us of any changes to your health or medications at subsequent appointments.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, injuries, or medications that might affect your treatment.
If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule to protect both your health and ours.
5. Your Information
We collect and store your personal information solely for booking purposes and to provide safe, effective treatments.
Your information will be kept confidential and secure, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
6. General Terms
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to future bookings.
